Conner & Winters is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 8 years of estate planning experience to join Wills, Trusts & Estates practice group. This position is based in our Tulsa, OK office. Conner & Winters offers opportunities for assisted business development and advancement within the firm, along with a competitive salary.

General Expectations

  • Experience in advanced estate planning including, trust administration, asset protection, and probate, including providing guidance matters such as:
    • Planning and preparation of complex wills and trusts for all ages
    • Probate and administration of wills and trusts
    • Irrevocable trusts and educational trusts funded by parents and grandparents for the benefit of younger family members
    • Life insurance planning with trusts and financing options for life insurance
    • Transfers of closely-held family companies to children and grandchildren
    • Lifetime gifting using limited liability companies and other sophisticated techniques such as GRATS, QPRTS, CRUTS and CLATS
    • Family dispute resolution in estates
    • Pre-nuptial agreements
    • Representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries with regard to the administration of trusts and estates
    • Representing private foundations and other charitable entities
  • Collaborate closely with other Firm attorneys.
  • Supervise Associates and professional staff.
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from ABA accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice or eligible to practice in the State of Oklahoma
