Partner, Commercial Litigation

Conner & Winters is seeking an attorney with substantial litigation experience to join our team in our Fayetteville, AR office. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 8 years of commercial litigation experience. Conner & Winters offers opportunities for assisted business development and advancement within the firm, along with a competitive salary.

General Expectations

  • Substantial experience in commercial litigation, business disputes, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings.
  • Management of all aspects of fact discovery, including written discovery and depositions, and drafting pleadings and a variety of dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
  • Proven success conducting and defending depositions and appearing in court.
  • Superior analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong advocacy skills.
  • Identify and analyze legal issues and present clear recommendations, while assuring legal compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with other Firm attorneys.
  • Supervise Associates and professional staff.
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from ABA accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice or eligible to practice in the State of Arkansas
