Conner & Winters is seeking a Corporate Partner with a minimum of 8 years of corporate and transactional experience to join our Oklahoma City, OK office. Ideal candidates will have experience providing legal advice, risk management, and support to clients across all aspects of business. Conner & Winters offers opportunities for assisted business development and advancement within the firm, along with a competitive salary.

General Expectations

  • Substantial experience managing and negotiating complex transactions, as well as general corporate matters, including business formation and organization, and corporate compliance and governance.
  • Provide timely and accurate legal advice and strategic guidance to Firm clients on a wide range of business-related matters and complex transactions.
  • Identify and analyze legal issues and present clear recommendations, while assuring legal compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with other Firm attorneys.
  • Supervise Associates and professional staff.
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from ABA accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice or eligible to practice in the State of Oklahoma
